I’m Gary Strachan, a dedicated professional with a diverse background encompassing personal training, health and safety, and logistics management. My journey in the field of health and wellness spans over a decade, allowing me to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in mobility and movement. My specialization is in guiding everyday individuals towards better well-being.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals from all walks of life. While I’ve worked with clients like the former soccer player Mark Bosnich, my true passion lies in supporting everyday people in optimizing their health and well-being. My foundation in this field includes a degree in sport and exercise science, coupled with a postgraduate qualification in health and safety, enabling me to adopt a holistic approach to empower individuals to proactively maintain their physical and mental health.

My primary goal is to assist individuals in staying ahead of their health, preventing pain and illness, and ensuring they are in the physical and mental state they desire and need. I firmly believe in adopting practical and effective holistic approaches that fit the lifestyles of everyday people.

My expertise has been recognized by Men’s Health magazine, where I’ve contributed valuable insights into men’s health and well-being. As a father of two, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing family life, body image, and personal struggles. This understanding is the foundation of my work, aimed at inspiring everyday individuals with a compassionate and empathetic perspective.
